Jill & Troy Nehls

Born in Wisconsin. Relocated to Fort Bend County in 1994. Currently resides outside of Richmond.

Law Enforcement:
Elected Fort Bend County Pct. 4 Constable in 2004. 23 years of law enforcement experience.

100 Club of Houston scholarship recipient. Bachelors Degree, Liberty University. Masters-Criminal Justice, University of Houston-Downtown.

Community Involvement:
Chairman, “Fort Bend Salutes America”—Fort Bend’s County Wide Memorial Day Ceremony. Life member and past Post Commander of VFW Post 3903 in Rosenberg, Texas. Member of various civic organizations throughout Fort Bend County. Attends Faith United Methodist Church in Richmond.


Military Background:
21-year decorated veteran of our armed forces, retired from the US Army Reserve with the rank of Major, 451st Civil Affairs Battalion.


Military Awards:
Mobilized to Iraq (2004) and Afghanistan (2008) in support of the Global War on Terror. Recipient of two Bronze Star Medals.
